Good solution once you get used to it (2008-06-06)
I was trying to use a mountain mirrycle with bar ends and it was not working out; so I deceided to give these a try. First of all they are very sturdy and built of good quality. The other reviews are correct in that the mirrors are convex plastic and have a small field of view. I have found that after a using them for a couple of months I have gotten used to what I am looking at and they work quite well. You must keep them clean though; finger prints and smudges can really distort the small viewing area. Overall I think these are a good solution for mountain bikers who sometimes ride on the road or people in suburban or rual areas. I would not recomend them for heavy commuters or messangers in crowded urban areas as the field of view is too small and the convex aspect makes traffic appear farther and smaller. Bottom line: Will I replace these if something happens to them? Yes I will.

Hard to use (2006-12-30)
I love the idea of this... sleek, out of the way for transit but
readily available on the road, protected when not in use. Unfortunately,
the reality is a hard to use product that does little to improve road safety.
Because of the narrowness of the mirror, it's very difficult to focus on what
is actually behind you with a quick glance. Sure, if you sit there for 10
seconds you can figure it out, but I don't have that sort of time when I'm
dodging through Chicago traffic!

Save your money and buy the excellent Mirrcycle instead.

Clever but compromised. (2006-11-10)
Stout all-metal construction with real glass mirrors. Easy installation and comfortable as grips whether or not mirrors are deployed. The design compromise is that the mirrors are vertically short, making the image difficult to assess at a glance. Once unfolded, the mirrors pivot on a horizontal axis through a fixed set of detents, so the optimum grip angle may not coincide with a useful pivot setting.

A compromise between clean looks and functionality. (2006-09-20)
I purchased this item because I needed a mirror (I use my mtn bike for occasional commuting and hauling a kiddie trailer) and a set of bar ends for those long rides. I liked the clean looks when the mirror was folded away.

The grips actually feel not too bad when the mirrors are closed, but when the mirrors are in the open position, it feels a little strange gripping a hollowed out bar. I would personally prefer a solid rounded bar. Also, because of the design, rear view is pretty narrow top to bottom, so these are only good for riding on smooth surfaces. I should add the mirrors are convex and not flat. The surfaces of the mirrors are not perfectly curved (I find this to be true with most plastic mirrors), so you do get some distortion. You'd get much better field of vision using a helmet-attached mirror or by attaching a larger rounded mirror to the handle bar--though with this set you'd have two mirrors.

Otherwise the construction seems sturdy enough that I would think the mirrors would survive minor collisions and falls when closed.

Cool design, poor execution (2006-04-13)
Even though they look pretty cool, these mirrors are hard to focus, and even harder to see anything in.

Rock N Roll Stepper (2008-11-16)
Couldn't get my heart rate up, couldn't keep my balance because the machine kept moving around the room.

Clear the room... (2008-02-23)
It's true that the stepper moves all over the place. I move the coffee table and use it on a 3'x5' area rug. It really does work, though. I have arthritis in my knees, and this does not bother me. I've found that strengthening my legs keeps the knee pain at bay in general. I can feel the difference in my glutes.

Unstable stepper (2008-02-13)
This would be a wonderful little exercise machine if you could keep it in place. It moves not just in step motion but all over the mat, carpet and floor.

portable gas pump (2008-10-24)
this is exactly what i was looking for. after recent storm damage i needed a supply of gas for my generator and this product made the refilling easier, cleaner and safe. plus the added advantage of not needing 7-8 gas cans to do the job.

Flo n Go Rolling Gas Can (2008-09-18)
Husband's in heaven. Now he can keep he's duck boat gassed up and ready to go in a moments notice.

Light duty use only. (2008-09-10)
I purchased my Moeller DuraMax Flo n'go LE Fluid Transfer Pump and 14-Gallon Rolling Gas Can back in August of 2006. Back then, the manufacturer was Scepter. It is part of my "fuel strategy" of a six-month rotation of approx. 50 gallons of gas between my S-10 pickup, this Flo n'go and three 5 gallon NATO cans. Every three months the fuel in the Flo n'go goes into the S-10, the fuel in the NATO cans goes into the Flo n'go, and the NATO cans take a trip to the gas station for fill ups. Stabil is used to keep the fuel from getting funky. (Of course, in between that procedure, the S-10 gets fueled up as needed at the gas station.) I devised this scheme because Phoenix, AZ (the fifth largest city in the USA) gets its petrol via two dinky pipelines, one each from California and Texas. Even the slightest problem with either can evoke a 70's era embargo panic - and that has happened. Now I can go two to three weeks without the need for a gas station hopefully giving the pipe line operators enough time to fix things.

Putting the Flo n'go in the bed of the S-10 allows for the fuel to siphon quite well. I use a Velcro strip to hold the pump lever open while keeping a close eye on things. I have not timed how long it takes to drain out; suffice to say it feels like "forever." On the plus side, it does give me enough time to catch up on some garage cleaning/organizing!

For topping my sport bike when I want to head way out of town non-stop from my driveway, the pump handle is very nice.

My experience with this product mirrors that of other reviewers, good and bad.

At least one gallon remains in the can even if you tilt it forward somewhat and it's too bulky to pick it up and shake it around to try and get the last of the fuel out.

The wheels have seized up and now act as skids, which is OK, but really... it's the 21st Century and they can't get wheels right?

The hose kinks easily and is difficult to un-kink. However, it's just sturdy enough to make it almost impossible to coil and store on the hanger regardless of those nice studio shots.

The handle/nozzle pump is delicate and requires a learning curve to keep from squirting all over the place. Make sure the nozzle is fully inserted into whatever gets the fuel before even slightly squeezing the pump lever! And it does dribble quite a bit.

I won't go into the manufacturer's "hose draining instructions" but it's laughable and a real pain. I don't do it.

In the interest of scientific research, I've counted 50-52 squeezes of the pump lever to output one gallon of fuel.

I have not yet experienced any issues with either of the two valves.

While the can has a "full" level line molded on the outside, the plastic is too thick to see the fuel inside without looking into the filler hole. In the recommended horizontal position, the fuel's surface area is almost 4 square feet and gauging the level rise is difficult. A messy and dangerous overflow is inevitable if you're not very, very slow and careful toward the end. It is better to under fill some than try to max it full up.

Since my Flo n'go spends most of its time parked in a corner, I haven't actually put it to all that much use; probably a dozen times. Though it does work well within my once-every-three-months duty cycle, I cannot imagine this unit being adequate for anything more, or slightly more, than that. If you need reliable, fast and tidy fuel storage/transfer equipment, you'd be better off to spend some more money. For my requirements, the price was OK.

what a waste of money!!!!!!!! (2008-07-31)
I am surprised Amazon even allows this product to be sold. It is the worst designed gas container!!!!!! The one thing they don't mention, is that you have to squeeze the handle and pump to get the gas out. This can get very tiring after 2 gallons. The handle leaks, when you rest it as the picture shows. I just threw $100.00 away, don't make the same mistake. spend a few more dollars and get a gravity fed. or one that has a hand crank

Save your money (2008-05-30)
I have owned this product for a month. It is not worth a dime. It is cheaply made. The fuel handle leaks gas. You cannot get the last 2 to 3 gallons out of it.

Tech Talk
Objective Lens: The diameter of the objective or front lens. The larger the objective lens, the more light that enters the binocular, and the brighter the image.

Field of View (F.O.V.): The side-to-side measurement of the circular viewing field or subject area. It is defined by the width in feet or meters of the area visible at 1000 yards or meters. A wide angle binocular features a wide field of view and is better for following action. Generally, the higher the magnification, the narrower the field of view.

Roof Prism System: In roof prism binoculars the prisms overlap closely, allowing the objective lenses to line up directly with the eyepiece. The result is a slim, stream-lined shape in which the lenses and prisms are in a straight line.

Great for Concerts! (2008-11-08)
Many concerts do not allow you to bring in a camera, or they only allow the little point-and-shoot digitals that most people have but those do not zoom in enough or capture enough light for very good concert pictures. I've used these at an outdoor arena (from the cheapo lawn seats) and an indoor stadium (good seats but not directly up front, as you can't take focused pictures if you are TOO close), and the pictures were great. You need a steady hand as there is no image stabilization. I just hold my breath when taking a picture. There is a slight delay writing to the card, so you can't take another picture for about 10 seconds, but I strongly recommend using a 2GB SD card for your pictures rather than internal memory. If you shoot to memory, and change the batteries, memory is wiped! So use the SD-cards. The camera can only use up to a 2GB. I use Sony rechargable AAA batteries and bring spares. If you don't use the screen, the batteries have lasted through an entire 2 1/2 show with more juice left to view at the end. Don't expect the quality of photo you get with your 7-10MP digital camera, but if you are reasonably close to your subject you can get some amazing shots that otherwise would be impossible. Its fun to have this little 'secret' camera! I would give it 5 stars but the software gives problems, I had to go into the D drive and manually click the set up for drivers and programs. But if you use removable media (SD cards) then you don't need the software anyway. I got mine when Amazon had it on sale for $ 144. I added it to my cart and waited for a sale. For the price you really can't beat it.

Digital Binoculars (2008-08-05)
Great to take pictures with sun light, video have not audio, good quality for Both Pictures and Video, good price

Barska PV 8X32 (2008-07-23)
I bought this item earlier in July 2008, & I did get the 2GB mem card also. The binoculars were not in focus when it arrived. The focal length was off so you couldn't get both eyes in focus at the same time and the left eye prism was ascew so you would see two views instead of one. I was able to take the item apart and properly align the optics, and now the whole thing works great, and the camera takes hi quality pics @ all 4 settings. @ $30 an hour, I figure Barska owes me $45 for repairing their pour labor. I'm taking this Item to Alaska this fall, and I'll post a good pic when I get back.

Huge disappointment (2008-03-31)
We bought this item for travel. We tried it before we left and the pictures are very low-quality, it works 'ok' during the day, can't see a thing at night. We ended up leaving it at home, haven't used it in 6 months!

2 that would not work!!! (2008-02-26)
I received the first one and it had batteries already installled and corroded. I received the second one and it would not come on due to the battery terminals were under the housing which occured during assembly. Amazon stated that they had several returns of this item and no more were available!

AWESOME (2008-09-24)
Taste great!!
You might want to add water instead of milk, b/c its kind of filling if u use milk with 3 scoops.

IT IS THE BEST!! (2008-04-05)
BSN products rock just give them a chance and will agree. This protein is the best value for how good it is.

Declicious strawberry flavor and balanced nutrition (2007-12-08)
This is the most delicious strawberry protein I have tried. And I have tried a lot of strawberry proteins from EAS, Myoplex, MetRX. But BSN's TRUE-MASS is the best. And it already has a well balanced mix of carbohidrates, protein and good fats. All you have to do is add cold water. Just great!!

Neat packaging; if only it was substantial & not so misleading to the normal eye. (2007-07-26)
I wish I would've paid attention to the ingredients a little bit more and noticed that this conatains that garbage of a product name "Splenda". It's conveniently named "Sucralose" to trick you into believing it's natural. Besides the fact that there are studies proving its harmful effects on the body, it also leaves one the worst aftertaste I've tasted. I've studied nutrition, so I'm actually ashamed that I've been this easily mislead. Do yourself a favor and buy a product with Dextrose or Fructose as a primary sweetener; you'll be thankful later with your uptake and absorption.

glutathione precursor to help your liver (2007-01-20)
Acetyl cysteine is converted to glutathione in the body. Glutathione is responsible for detoxifying many potentially toxic metabolites. In particular, acetaminophen / paracetamol / Tylenol is in part converted to a toxic compound by the liver; glutathione deactivates this compound. Consequently, acetyl cysteine is given as an "antidote" for acetaminophen overdoses (assuming the liver isn't already trashed by the time the antidote is taken). I've been happy with Swanson nutritional supplements in the past, which is why I bought this particular brand.
