Customer Reviews

First pair I've had (2008-08-25)
I have always bought Mizuno for walking daily about 4 miles. They didn't carry Mizunos anymore so the salesman recommended Brooks. I have now developed a painful corn between my 4th and little toe that he has tried to fix with an insert and tying my shoes tighter. It still hurts after walking on it for a while. Never had the problem with Mizuno. I will be going back to Mizuno.

Awesome running shoes! (2008-08-14)
These are the best running shoes! I have been using them for 10 years and will buy no other brand to run in. I highly recommend them!

Great looks, no substance (2008-08-02)
Shoe looks great, but doesn't have the structural support of previous Adrenaline or Ariel models. I am a relatively light (125 lbs) middle-aged runner and this shoe was shot, no cushioning left, after only 100 miles. Even at the discounted price, I expected more from Brooks.

Great basic shoe (2008-07-27)
Daughter has been using this model or something similar for several years for running Cross-country. Decent shoe at a reasonable price. All good.

Not as good as the GTS 6 (2008-07-18)
I always buy the same running shoe - the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 6. Unfortunately that style has been discontinued so it has been difficult to find. I thought that the GTS 7 would probably be pretty much the same, maybe even better so I decided to try it.

It's not a terrible shoe, but I think the GTS 6 is much better. I do a lot of long runs and the GTS 7 doesn't have as much cushioning. It actually feels like the GTS 6 after about 200 miles of running. I think it would probably be better for shorter distances like 2-3 miles or walking.
